-仓内配有温度检测传感器。

-仓内壁设有垂直爬梯，爬梯有安全防护笼。

-仓内配有阻旋式上下料位感应装置。

-仓底部出料口配有电动插板阀控制流量。

-仓顶带盖板密封，并配有除尘管道。

-仓顶部有平台,平台表面铺设3mm波纹防滑花纹板，平台四周有安全防护栏杆。

-方仓锥底易磨损部位采用锰钢耐磨板，上下部位设物料观察孔，并有阻旋式上下料位感应装置，使整套设备达到自动控制功能。

-仓内焊缝平滑，密封性自流性良好、无漏焊、加渣及烧穿现象，没有滞留物料流动的死角，无残留，无需人工清理。

Vertical climbing ladder installed inside the silo, equipped with a safety cage.

Equipped with rotary level indicators for upper and lower material level detection.

Discharge outlet at the bottom is equipped with an electric slide gate valve for flow control.

Top cover is sealed and equipped with a dust collection pipeline.

Top platform is installed, covered with 3 mm corrugated anti-slip steel plate, and surrounded by safety guardrails.

Wear-prone parts of the conical bottom are made of manganese steel wear-resistant plates. Inspection windows are installed at upper and lower sections, together with rotary level sensors, enabling fully automatic control.

Internal welds are smooth with good sealing and self-flow performance, free from leakage, slag inclusion, and burn-through. No dead zones for material retention, ensuring no residue and no manual cleaning required.
