脉冲袋式除尘器Pulse bag filter

处理风量大、占地面积小、净化效率高、工作可靠、结构简单、维修量小等特点，除尘效率达到99.5%以上。

设备正常工作时，含尘气体由进风口进入灰斗后，由于断面积突然扩大，流速降低，气流中一部分颗粒粗、密度大的尘粒在重力作用下，在灰斗内沉降下来落入灰斗，其余大部分尘粒随气流上升进入布袋室，经布袋过滤后，尘粒被滞留在滤袋的外侧，过滤净化后的气体由滤袋内部进入上箱体，再由阀板孔、排风口排入大气，从而达到除尘的目的。

随着过滤的不断进行，除尘器阻力也随之上升，当阻力达到一定值时，清灰控制器向脉冲电磁阀发出清灰信号，脉冲阀把清灰的高压逆向气流送入袋内，滤袋迅速鼓胀，并产生强烈抖动，导致滤袋外侧的粉尘抖落进入斗法，达到清灰的目的。

When the equipment is in normal operation, after the dust containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, due to the sudden expansion of the sectional area and the decrease of the flow rate, part of the dust particles with coarse particles and high density in the air flow settle down in the ash hopper and fall into the ash hopper under the action of gravity, and most of the rest of the dust particles enter the bag room with the rise of the air flow. After the filtration and purification The gas enters the upper box body from the inside of the filter bag, and then is discharged into the atmosphere from the valve plate hole and the air outlet, so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal.

With the continuous filtration, the resistance of the dust remover also rises. When the resistance reaches a certain value, the dust removal controller sends a dust removal signal to the pulse solenoid valve, which sends the high-pressure reverse air flow of the dust removal into the bag. The bag expands rapidly and produces strong shaking, which causes the dust outside the bag to shake off and enter the bucket method, so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal.
