脉冲除尘器 Pulse Dust Collector

脉冲袋式除尘器具有处理风量大、占地面积小、净化效率高、工作可靠、结构简单、维修量小等特点,除尘效率可以达到99.5%以上。

 

工作原理:

设备正常工作时,含尘气体由进风口进入灰斗后,由于断面积突然扩大,流速降低,气流中一部分颗粒粗、密度大的尘粒在重力作用下,在灰斗内沉降下来落入灰斗,其余大部分尘粒随气流上升进入袋室,经滤袋过滤后,尘粒被滞留在滤袋的外侧,净化后的气体由滤袋内部进入上箱体,再由阀板孔、排风口排入大气,从而达到除尘的目的。随着过滤的不断进行,除尘器阻力也随之上升,当阻力达到一定值时,清灰控制器向脉冲电磁阀发出清灰信号,脉冲阀把清灰的高压逆向气流送入袋内,滤袋迅速鼓胀,并产生强烈抖动,导致滤袋外侧的粉尘抖落,达到清灰的目的。

The pulse bag dust collector features large air handling capacity, compact footprint, high filtration efficiency, reliable operation, simple structure, and low maintenance requirements. Dust collection efficiency can reach over 99.5%.

 

Working Principle

During operation, dust-laden air enters the hopper through the air inlet. As the cross-sectional area suddenly increases, the airflow velocity decreases, causing larger and heavier dust particles to settle into the hopper by gravity. The remaining dust particles rise with the airflow into the filter chamber, where they are captured on the outer surface of the filter bags. The cleaned air passes through the filter bags into the upper chamber and is then discharged into the atmosphere through the valve openings and exhaust outlet.

 

As filtration continues, dust accumulates on the filter bags, increasing system resistance. When the pressure drop reaches a preset value, the cleaning controller sends a signal to the pulse solenoid valve. The pulse valve releases high-pressure reverse airflow into the filter bags, causing them to expand rapidly and vibrate strongly. This action dislodges the dust accumulated on the outer surface of the bags, which falls into the hopper, thereby completing the cleaning process.
