慢速低破碎提升机 Slow and low crushing hoist

全封闭结构，双筒机型，米机斗，破碎低，运转平稳、结构简单、操作方便等特点，适用于垂直提升流动性较好的物料。

采用轻质高强度畚斗，畚斗与皮带之间设有橡胶垫块，垫块厚度大于物料厚度，可以有效杜绝夹碎颗粒物料，同时提升机底部设有抽拉式抽屉，方便清理残留物料。

张紧装置是螺杆式，通过转动螺母便可使底轮上下移动，从而调整提升带张紧及跑偏现象。

在1.2米位置设有透明观察孔。

整体具备密封性，不漏料，不逸尘。

Adopt light and high-strength dustpan, rubber cushion block is set between the dustpan and belt, the thickness of cushion block is greater than the material thickness, which can effectively prevent particle materials from being crushed. At the same time, pull-out drawer is set at the bottom of the elevator to facilitate the cleaning of residual materials.

The tensioning device is screw type. By turning the nut, the bottom wheel can move up and down, so as to adjust the tension and deviation of the lifting belt.

Transparent observation hole is set at 1.2m.

The whole is airtight, without leakage of materials and dust.
