半自动包装秤 Semi automatic packing scale

采用触摸屏操作，全中文显示，分有斗和无斗称重结构，所有机械动作由气缸完成，可自动完成进料、称重、放料、夹袋（人工）、缝包、计包等工序，与物料接触部件采用sus304不锈钢，测重传感器采用瑞士梅特勒-托利多品牌，气动元器件采用日本CKD品牌，包装速度快，称重稳定、准确、可靠。

-具有超差报警、出错提示、日志存储、U盘下载等功能。

-适合各种具备自流状态的颗粒物料、100目以内的细沙类型物料。

-粉状物料采用螺旋输送方式进料称重。

-包装秤料仓配有上下料位装置，控制提升机的启停。

-配有皮带输送机、双线缝包机、塑料薄膜封口机、空压机。

-配有除尘管道接口。

-可与扫码、防伪、追溯系统配套对接。

It adopts touch screen operation and full Chinese display. It is divided into bucket and bucket free weighing structure. All mechanical actions are completed by cylinder, which can automatically complete the processes of feeding, weighing, discharging, bag clamping (manual), sewing and bag counting. SUS304 stainless steel is used for the parts contacting with materials. -Equipped with belt conveyor, double line sewing machine, plastic film sealing machine, air compressor.
