全自动卷膜包装机 Automatic FFS Bagging Machine

1、集称重、制袋、充填、热合封口、喷码、冲孔、计数于一体。PLC程序控制系统，触摸屏操作。采用伺服电机拉袋。智能温控系统，封口牢固。

2、自动故障报警显示功能，如温度偏低、无包装膜、无色带、无物料、伺服故障、无色标信号、玻璃防护门未关闭等情况时，即自动报警或停机。

3、适合称重精度高、速度快，易碎、大小不一、不规则块状的物料。如:坚果、谷物、豆类、膨化食品、锅巴、果冻、糖果、开心果、水饺、汤圆、朱古力、宠物食品、调味品、药材、小五金件等各类块状、条状物料的自动包装。

4、称重机构可选配以下机型:2~6头线性秤;10~24头组合秤。

1. Integrates weighing, bag forming, filling, heat sealing, date coding, hole punching, and counting into one system. Controlled by a PLC program with touchscreen operation. The bag-pulling system is driven by a servo motor. An intelligent temperature control system ensures strong and reliable sealing.

2. Equipped with an automatic fault alarm and display system. The machine will automatically alarm or stop when conditions such as low sealing temperature, missing packaging film, missing ribbon, lack of material, servo malfunction, missing registration mark signal, or an open safety glass door are detected.

3. Suitable for products requiring high weighing accuracy and fast packing speed, especially fragile, irregularly shaped, or uneven-sized materials. Applicable to nuts, grains, beans, puffed foods, crispy rice snacks, jelly, candies, pistachios, dumplings, glutinous rice balls, chocolate, pet food, seasonings, medicinal herbs, hardware parts, and various granular, block-shaped, or strip-shaped materials.
