窝眼清选机Indented Cylinder Separator

窝眼滚筒清选机是根据长度特性对颗粒状、自由流动的物料进行分级和分选的设备，如清除燕麦、大麦、水稻、花生、葵花等中的长短杂，或进行分级加工，也可用于大米行业用来分离大米中的碎米。

窝眼滚筒内侧向外冲压出气泡式的半圆形球状(球状尺寸须根据物料外观形状定制)，物料进入通过滚筒旋转，小于气泡直径的颗粒会嵌入气泡内，随滚筒旋转上行至设计的高度后自由滑入U型输送装置排到出料口;而较长或较大的颗粒则因无法嵌入气泡内径而滞留在滚筒里，最终由滚筒内的另一端出口排出。因此，窝眼筒清选机不仅可以去杂质，也可以作分级机使用。

适合小麦、水稻、玉米、豆类、可可、薏仁、南瓜子、西瓜子、葵花籽、花生、腰果、榛子、核桃、松子、板栗、白果(银杏)、开心果、碧根果、夏威夷果，亚麻籽、奇亚籽、巴旦木等颗粒状物料的清选加工或分级。

The indented cylinder separator is designed for grading and separating granular, free-flowing materials based on their length characteristics. It is used to remove long or short impurities from crops such as oats, barley, rice, peanuts, and sunflower seeds, or for size grading. It is also widely used in the rice industry to separate broken rice from whole grains.

The inner surface of the cylinder is formed with specially designed pocket-shaped semi-spherical indentations (the size of the pockets is customized according to the physical characteristics of the material). As the cylinder rotates, particles smaller than the pocket diameter are lifted into the indentations and carried upward. When they reach the designed height, they fall into a U-shaped collection chute and are discharged through the outlet. Larger or longer particles cannot fit into the indentations and remain inside the cylinder, eventually being discharged from the opposite outlet. Therefore, the indented cylinder separator can be used not only for impurity removal but also as a grading machine.

It is suitable for cleaning or grading granular materials such as wheat, rice, corn, beans, cocoa, broomcorn millet, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds, sunflower seeds, peanuts, cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts, pine nuts, chestnuts, ginkgo nuts, pistachios, pecans, macadamia nuts, flaxseeds, chia seeds, and almonds.
