除芒机De-Awner

利用可调角度的螺旋打杆不间断的搅动、磨擦作用将芒刺及枝粳除去，从而使除芒效果达到最佳状态。

除芒板齿的倾角由0°~30°之间依次变化，螺旋形式排列，具有除芒兼轴向输送作用，排料口可根据机器充满程度自动开闭，工作时根据物料状态不同调整配重位置可获最佳除芒效果。

This machine removes awns, stems, and stalks through the continuous stirring and friction action of adjustable-angle spiral beating rods, ensuring optimal de-awning performance.

The inclination angle of the de-awning teeth gradually varies from 0° to 30° and is arranged in a spiral pattern, providing both de-awning and axial conveying functions. The discharge outlet can automatically open and close according to the material filling level inside the machine. During operation, the counterweight position can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the material to achieve the best de-awning effect.
